When I first met Dr. Flood for my therapy, what struck me most was that he treated me like a person not just another patient.  He listened and asked about my history for my presenting complaint (my shoulder) but also the rest of my body.  He did a complete evaluation, in addition to the shoulder.  It was because of Dr. Flood’s careful attention, that we found that a big part of my shoulder problem was actually coming from my neck. 

When he developed my treatment plan, he delineated a goal for my therapy but didn’t rush me through.  He paid attention to what my body was ready or not ready to do.  In addition to my therapy with him, he provided me with exercises that I could do at home. He included my daughter in my plan of care and even had her come one day to show her how to help me with a stretch.  I have significant arthritis in my neck and back and have seen many therapists in the past.  No one compares to Dr. Flood!
